So, who doesn’t like French Toast? Not just in breakfast, French Toast can be a hearty meal any time of the day. But have ever tried Nutella Chocolate Cinnamon French Toast? If not, we have you covered.

Let me take you through my go to recipe for scrumptious French Toasts which will satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. Trust me who ever I have made this for has totally loved the recipe and I have always received praises for this recipe.

So without wasting any further time let me take you through the ingredients and step by step recipe to make this mouthwatering dish.

Serving: 1 – 2 Persons

Preparation Time: 5-7 Minutes

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

What you will need:

·        4 slices of Bread

·        2 Eggs

·        Half cup full fat milk

·        2 tablespoons fine sugar

·        2 tablespoons of unsalted butter

·        4 tablespoons Nutella Chocolate Spread

·        Half teaspoon of Vanilla Essence

·        Half teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder

·        3 tablespoons of maple syrup

·        1 tablespoon of icing sugar (just for decorative purposes)

Let’s Start Cooking:

·        In a shallow bowl, break two eggs and whisk them well.

·        Add sugar, milk, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence and mix until the mixture looks well incorporated.

·        In a separate plate spread Nutella Chocolate on one piece of bread and make a sandwich with the other slice. Do the similar step for the remaining pair of bread slices as well.

·        P.S (You can easily get Nutella in Pakistan. The Nutella Price in Pakistan Starts as low as PKR 525, if not you can get any other chocolate spread)

·        On slow flame add butter to your nonstick pan and wait for it to melt.

·        Make sure you don’t burn the butter.

·        Meanwhile the butter is melting, pick up the sandwich of bread and dip it in the liquid mixture that we made in start.

·        Make sure you dip both the sides of the bread very well and let the bread soak some of the liquid.

·        Carefully, place the dipped sandwich in the pan and let it cook on low flame until once side is cooked and turns beautiful golden brown color. Usually it takes 5 minutes but you have to keep an eye.

·        Now flip the sandwich and let the other side cook as well.

·        Repeat the similar steps for the remaining pair of sandwich that was left.

·        Now cut the French toast in halves and place them on the serving platter.

·        To add more flavor, drizzle maple syrup on the French toast

·        Lastly, dust the icing sugar to that chef like presentation

·        You can add half teaspoon of cinnamon in icing sugar for that extra flavor.

·        You can add ice-cream, fresh cream, fresh strawberries or peaches along as per your liking.
